But those who do go to the urns are likely to give the Bulgarian Socialist Party the largest share of the vote (19 percent), followed by the centre-right GERB (18 percent), the Turkish minority party 6 percent and the Reformist bloc, a newly-formed rightist grouping, 4 percent.

A tres meses de las elecciones europeas, el voto de los electores alemanes en esos comicios ha cambiado radicalmente. El Tribunal Constitucional germano emitió ayer una sentencia que elimina la cláusula de bloqueo que exige a cada partido político un resultado mínimo del 3% de los votos para entrar al Parlamento Europeo, alegando que dicha cláusula "va en contra de los principios de igualdad de voto y de igualdad de posibilidades de los partidos".
