Union will Unabhängigkeit der Karlsruher Richter beschränken


Die Änderung des Auswahlverfahrens der Richter am Bundesverfassungsgericht sowie Möglichkeiten der Einschränkung der Kompetenzen des Gerichts werden immer mal wieder von unterschiedlichen Seiten diskutiert. Jüngst kamen diese Fragen vor dem Hintergrund den Entscheidungen des Bundesverfassungsgerichts, die Drei-Prozent-Hürde bei der Europawahl zu kippen sowie die Entscheidung zum ESM-Rettungsfonds an den Europäischen Gerichtshof (EuGH) in Luxemburg zu delegieren, auf.
