Oettinger schlägt europaweite Pkw-Maut vor


"Wir haben längst keine Grenzkontrollen mehr. 28 verschiedene Mautsysteme wären da grotesk", sagte der CDU-Politiker der "Welt am Sonntag" laut Vorabbericht. Daher könne er sich eine "einheitliche Straßennutzungsgebühr für den europäischen Binnenmarkt vorstellen". Der Ertrag solle nicht in den Haushalt der EU fließen, sondern den Mitgliedstaaten zugutekommen. Ein solches Konzept finde er besser als die von der großen Koalition auf Betreiben der CSU geplante Pkw-Maut für Ausländer.
