Gaz de schiste, un non-sens économique


Depuis cet été, des experts mettent sérieusement en doute le bien-fondé économique de la fracturation hydraulique. «La production des puits décline si rapidement aux Etats-Unis qu’ils ne seront jamais rentables», dit l’expert Tim Morgan dans un article intitulé «Gaz de schiste, la bulle internet de notre temps», paru le 4 août dans le Telegraph. Responsable global de la recherche chez le courtier en énergie Tullett Prebon jusqu’en 2013, il estime que la fracturation, ou fracking, est une absurdité économique.
