Viviane Reding: "No quiero perder a Catalunya"



la UE es una unión de Estados miembros y cuando alguien rompe con uno de ellos, ya no está en él y por lo tanto tampoco en la Unión. Es una respuesta neutral, que vale para cualquier territorio. Estás fuera y como Estado independiente has de presentar una nueva solicitud para entrar. .../... Catalunya no quiere irse de Europa, pero algunos quieren irse de España... "Oh, no quiero perder a Catalunya"…
