ROMANCE IS DEAD FOR BRITISH LANGUAGE LEARNERS


Amongst all else, Europe is known for its linguistic diversity. As of 2010, there were 23 official working languages spoken in the EU. In London, a 2011 census found that there were 100 different languages spoken in almost every one of the city’s 32 boroughs.

Today, languages are the study of choice for just 6% of British students.
