Plusieurs dizaines de fonds spéculatifs s’estiment lésés par la suppression d’aides publiques ou les restructurations de dettes souveraines menées en Europe. Au nom de la protection des investissements, ils attaquent donc les Etats devant des tribunaux commerciaux extranationaux.
